We classify requests as technical, editorial or privacy-related and prioritise verifiable corrections.
Information that helps resolve an issue
Include the exact page address, language, affected text or result, inputs needed to reproduce it and any official source that conflicts with it. Do not attach contracts, identity documents, statements or account numbers. This channel does not process finance applications or decide whether a product is suitable; it handles technical, editorial and privacy matters.
Follow-up and expectations
A message should make the issue easy to locate and reproduce. Verifiable issues are corrected or sent for technical review; if information is missing, we may request a non-sensitive clarification. We cannot promise individual advice or a personal reply, but a material correction should appear in the content and its review date.
Review and scope
Formulas and explanations are reviewed when calculation code changes or a material error is found. General content is checked periodically and shows its updated date.
Simulations do not automatically include every fee, tax, insurance cost or country-specific rule.
